Even if you suffer damages, our total liability and that of our suppliers under these Terms is capped at whatever you actually paid us through the Service, or up to a hundred dollars if you haven't purchased anything. To the fullest extent the law allows, we and our suppliers won't be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind (including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy connected to using or not being able to use the Service, third-party software or hardware, or anything else related to these Terms). This applies even if we've been told such damages could happen and even if the remedy doesn't actually solve the problem.

We're not promising anything that comes from how you might normally do business or use a service like this. We're not representing or guaranteeing anything about the Service, whether express or implied. We're not saying (i) the Service will definitely work or be available, or that the information and content on it is accurate; (ii) it won't be interrupted or have errors; (iii) any information through the Service is current or reliable; or (iv) the Service, our servers, the content, or emails from us are free of viruses, scripts, trojans, worms, malware, or other nasty stuff.

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflict of law rules, govern these Terms and your use of the Service. Your use may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws. If you have a problem or dispute with the Service, you agree to try resolving it informally with us first.

For European Union (EU) Users: As an EU consumer, you get the benefit of any mandatory protections in your country's laws. United States Legal Compliance: You confirm that (i) you're not in a country under US government embargo or labeled as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) you're not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, we'll adjust it as much as possible to work under the law, and everything else stays in effect. If we don't enforce a right or require you to do something under these Terms, that doesn't mean we can't enforce it later. Letting one breach slide doesn't mean we're okay with the next one.

We may have translated these Terms and made them available to you on our Service. The original English version is what controls if there's a dispute. We can change these Terms whenever we want. If it's a major change, we'll try to give you at least a month's notice before the new terms kick in. If you keep using our Service after that, you're accepting the updated terms. These terms are effective starting from the date shown on this page.
